2. Service Description

JustRef provides AI-powered sports officiating analysis for uploaded video content. Our service analyzes sports clips and provides referee decisions based on official rules.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and analyze video content. Users must not upload content that violates copyright laws or contains inappropriate material.

4. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload content that is +18/adult in nature, contains minors in illegal situations, or violates any laws. Any such content will be immediately reported to law enforcement authorities along with user information.

5. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

JustRef reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content at our discretion. We may terminate accounts immediately for violations without notice. While we employ automated systems to detect prohibited content, users remain solely responsible for their uploads. JustRef is not liable for any content that bypasses our detection systems.

6. User Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold JustRef harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from their use of the service or uploaded content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

7. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are final. Credits are consumed upon analysis completion. We do not provide refunds for unused credits.

8. Limitation of Liability

JustRef's analysis is for entertainment and educational purposes. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our AI referee analysis. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JustRef SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Modifications to Terms

JustRef reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of JustRef after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Service Availability

JustRef provides our service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain consistent service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, technical difficulties, legal requirements, or business decisions.

During periods of service unavailability, users will not be charged for analyses that cannot be completed. We make no warranties about service uptime, response times, or performance. Users acknowledge that temporary service interruptions may occur and agree that JustRef shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damages resulting from such interruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance or significant service changes through our platform or via email to registered users.

JustRef respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid copyright infringement notices.

Copyright Infringement Notices

Uploaded videos are processed in real-time and immediately deleted from our servers - we do not store any video content. Account information is retained while your account is active.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

In cases where prohibited content (including +18 material or illegal content involving minors) is detected, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and share relevant user information as required by law.
